HOW IT GOES

1

Heat up

Cedar benches, the river through the glass. Stay in as long as feels right.

2

Cool off

Climb down the ladder into the Columbia, or pull the cord on the cold shower.

3

Rest on the deck

Then go again. Sessions are self-guided, so you set your own rounds.

First time? Know before you go

HOT. COLD. REPEAT.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

BEFORE YOU GET IN THE RIVER

Docked, not cruising. The sauna stays docked at Elevated Tides Marina for your whole visit. You walk down the dock to get here.

The Columbia is a real river, not a pool. Treat it with respect.

  • No lifeguard on duty. You swim at your own risk.
  • Plunge with a buddy. Make sure someone on the dock knows you're going in.
  • Use the ladder in and out, and stay close to it while you're in.
  • The current can be fast and the water cold enough to shock you. Get in slowly, keep it short, plan your way out first.
  • Watch for boats and anything floating. If it looks rough, skip the river and use the cold shower.
  • No alcohol or drugs before or during your visit.
  • Pregnant, or have a heart or blood-pressure condition? Check with your doctor first.
  • Everyone signs the waiver before their first visit. Socials are 18+.
